Andy gave an inspiring and motivational talk to our 6th form students about how he has progressed from being an entertainer to a successful businessman.  The students were engrossed for the full session which left them thinking ‘I could do that’ which should have a positive impact upon their attainment and progression into the world of work.”

“I really enjoyed the business event we did. Talking to Andy Pickles really helped me remember that I could make something of myself one day. The actual task we did was good for me because it is to do with the area I would like to pursue later in life – Music/Events Management. It also called upon skills from my other lessons such as Performing Arts and Business studies. The highlight was winning the competition and getting the brilliant feedback from the ‘dragons’. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I would love to do something like this again in the future.
