The best in everyone  11-18 Mixed Comprehensive Serving the Kendray and Worsbrough communities of Barnsley, South Yorkshire Barnsley Academy opened in September 2006, by the summer of 2007 we had achieved the fourth most improved progress of all schools in Yorkshire.
