Community Agreement

• Respect the privacy of the local community of which we are a part
• Encourage the community to use the services and facilities available
• Invite various community groups to contribute to the education on offer
• Work with the community towards our local regeneration agenda
• Invite community members to be a part of the Students Parents Community Partnership Forum
• Deal with any complaints or concerns fairly and effectively

You will know this is happening when:

• Your life and the lives of your family are enriched by the services and facilities on offer
• Your privacy is respected by our students
• You help organise or join in with a Students Parents Community Partnership Group event
• You receive a response to any concerns you have raised within a maximum of 48 hours

For every member of the community we hope you will:

• Use the facilities and services on offer to you
