Uniform

Year 7 to Year 11 Inclusive

The uniform for Barnsley Academy, to be worn by all students in Year 7 to Year 11 inclusive from 1 September 2006, will be as follows:

Black blazer with embroidered ULT badge
Black trousers or knee length black skirt
White shirt with collar (suitable for wearing a tie)
Plain Black shoes with sensible tread and heel NOT trainers or pumps
Black/Dark Grey socks or Plain tights
Academy Tie (with ULT logo visible)
Maximum 1 set of ear studs or sleepers only
Maximum 1 ring per hand

In the summer, an optional Academy Polo Shirt will be allowed as an alternative to shirt and tie. 

For new Year 7 or transferring students, Blazers (£21), a Tie (£5) and PE Kit (£10) will be available to purchase from the Academy.
