HOW WILL MY CHILD BE ASSESSED?

Summative assessments take place at four points throughout the year in October, December, March, and June. These assessments are designed by United Learning and are intended to prepare learners for the problem-solving type questions they will encounter at GCSE. They focus on the content covered most recently, since the previous assessment point, while also including new material, this makes for a challenging experience for many, and it is crucial that students develop good revision habits early in order to succeed.
